What is it to be a Force of Nature?

To be a force of nature is to
belong to life rather than manage it.

It is to move from instinct, truth, and timing rather than performance or control.
A force of nature is:

  • Unapologetically alive - not always pretty, but always real

  • Responsive, not rigid - shaped by what’s here, not what should be

  • Rooted and relational - in dialogue with land, weather, people, cycles

  • Both gentle and powerful - rain and avalanche, seed and wildfire

  • Self-renewing - able to rest, shed, compost, and begin again

It’s the moment we stop shrinking,
overriding, or abandoning our natural instincts, and let the body lead.

Force of Nature is a workshop of embodied and creative inquire:
What do I love? What do I stand up for? What do I believe in?
THIS is YOUR UNIQUE FORCE of NATURE.

This workshop isn’t about becoming louder, wilder, or bigger.
It’s about becoming truer, and trusting that truth is
essential to the fabric of our humanity.

Together we’ll dance, exploring and moving with raw honesty,
brave embodiment, authenticity, and courage
as we step fully into our personal and unique force of nature
so that we may know and embody what we stand for.

This workshop is for anyone longing to reconnect
with their instinctual body, their fierce heart, and their natural unique rhythm.

“The earth, like all of nature, could be life giving but it could also threaten and take life, hence the need for respect for the power of one's natural habitat.”
