MOON RHYTHMS is a 5-week 5Rhythms® ONLINE journey through the wisdom of the lunar cycle - an invitation to move, listen, and reconnect with the rhythms that live within us and around us.

Together, we will dance through the phases of the Moon, exploring the elemental landscapes of the 5Rhythms® practice: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Each gathering offers a space to arrive in the body, surrender to movement, release what is ready to move, and remember the natural cycles of renewal and transformation.
The Moon has always been a guide for cycles of beginning, becoming, releasing, and returning. This journey invites us to remember that we are not separate from these rhythms - we are part of the great dance.

A special opportunity! You are invited to camp after the Moonrise at Ruckle Park. I have booked a group site. Purchase option below. This is not a hosted event. You are responsible to bring your own camping gear and food. The site is a 10 minute walk from where we will be dancing. Limited spaces.
