The last of a monthly series over the past winter, an exploration of each of the 5 Rhythms. Since my very first 5Rhythms class I have been so supported in my life off the dance floor by this practice. At this time I feel compelled to spend time each month sharing my version of these most fantastic teachers.

Dance From Home!
This is a 5Rhythms class, all are welcome to join, no experience needed. We will dance for about 50 minutes, leaving time at the end for an optional sharing circle. This practice invites you to move and follow your body's impulses and responses to the music. This is a facilitated, free form movement practice.
No steps to learn or beats to count.
This is a Movement Community:
a practice, a meditation, a healing creative self-care,
kick-ass, sweaty release, dump all your BS space for you to do you, 110%.
This is why I dance and this is why I am inviting you to join me.

Each time we come together and dance, we sink into all that is moving within & without. In dancing & connecting online we create space to feel, to express, and to move with all that life is offering in this moment from the comfort of our homes.
These classes & workshops are a facilitated free-form,
self-led dance that any body can do.
The invitation is for you to do your dance your own unique way;
no steps to follow, no getting it right or wrong.
