Your unique dance is so important. These events are for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience. We focus on embodiment: feeling and listening to the body, exploring movement from within. Each dancer is encouraged to move in their own way, and as we dance together, our individual expressions create a rich, connected, and joyful community.
