TEND is a weekly invitation to return to yourself through the medicine of movement, to use the act of gathering and the practice of the 5Rhythms as resources. We gather to tend to our bodies, our breath, and our being.
Using the 5Rhythms® map—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, Stillness—we move through what's present: the tender, the wild, the weary, the curious. Each rhythm offering a path to listen more deeply, release more fully, and reconnect with what matters.
TEND is a space for personal practice, creative expression, and collective care.
Whether you're dancing in your kitchen, living room, or on the land, this is your weekly rhythm of remembrance.

No experience necessary. All bodies and all abilities welcome.
We will dance for about 50 minutes, leaving time at the end for an optional sharing circle.
